Our management team has over 60 years of combined experience in the IT industry. Our team has experience in numerous fields within the industry which gives us insight and perspective in tackling even the most difficult problems your company may face.

Bryan Wong

Managing Member: Operations


Bryan has been playing with computers since he was twelve years old. He would upgrade and repair hardware and software issues with the family computer throughout his teens. Bryan started his IT career with Packard Bell in 1995 as Technician. During that same year, he formed Liquid Systems, a computer sales/service and web services company, with his brother and cousin.

SonicStorm Productions was formed by Bryan in 2000 as a way to pay for his college education. The company began as a web development and consultation company but quickly grew to include multimedia and special effects services for clients. After receiving his Bachelor's degrees in both Informations Systems and Management from the University of Utah in 2002, Bryan joined the IT Group at the university's school of business where his responsibilities included hardware and software purchasing, Novell and Microsoft server maintenance and administration, computer imaging, MBA laptop support and training.

Bryan's diverse technology background contributes to Impact Solutions' unique ability to identify, develop and implement a wide array of solutions for organizations.



Jeff Hassett

Managing Member: Finance


Jeff Hassett has been a member of the IT industry since 1991 where he started as a network administrator at the University of Utah. Jeff has worked in several technology areas for local and national companies across several industries. His experience includes:

  • Data Security Analyst for a large, multi-state financial institution where he managed the online banking and web services security. In this capacity he installed, configured and managed firewalls, proxy servers and routers. He also compiled a C2-level security plan that included both Unix and Windows environments.
  • Director of Implementation for a risk-management claims software company where he oversaw large-scale, high-profile projects as well as managed the technical implementation team for projects across multiple industries.
  • University of Utah professor where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in Information Technology. Courses include Database Design and Theory, Systems Analysis and Design and Network Defense and Countermeasures.

Jeff's unique background in both technology and business allows him to truly analyze the needs of an organization and matching technology to fit those needs.


Mark Fowles

Managing Member: Marketing


Mark Fowles has worked in the IT Industry for over 20 years and has been able to gain experience and perspective that will help Impact Solutions Group to provide a high level of expertise and professionalism to their customers. He began working with computer technology back when the concept of a PC (personal computer) was new, helping to support employees at an insurance brokerage firm.

Today he works for the University of Utah supporting computers and helping to implement their use in classrooms and for research. He has been able to gain extensive experience setting up large scale CISCO networks, administrating hundreds of users on Novell and Windows servers, monitoring security to make sure computers are updated with proper protection, and working to integrate A/V with computer multimedia technology for use as a powerful instructional tool.

Mark feels strongly about doing things right the first time and hopes he can help your company or organization to do the same.
